Saturn is most commonly known as the planet of limitations and responsibilities. It represents the challenges, resistances, delays and denials inherently present in the process of growth. The act of surmounting these is what allows us to achieve maturity and mastery. Saturn reminds us that effort and perseverance are needed to achieve and build and generally gives the power to create things that are meant to last.
It is associated with the passage of time, and as such a reminder of life’s impermanence. But also a mender of past pains, that only time can heal. The ultimate healer being death and the restarting of the cycle. As one of the planets most associated with Karma (the other one being Pluto) it teaches us that every action has an effect and we shall reap what we sow. Saturn is also the master setter of boundaries – and as difficult as it is to experience them sometimes, they are essential in the enabling of the individual experience, as they define the self.
Saturn spends about 2,5 years every 29 years in Aries, and it has a certain importance, this time it is additionally emphasised by the conjunction with Neptune at the beginning of the sign, but we are going to discuss that in a different video.
Now Saturn is in its fall in Aries, what does that mean? Well, imagine an older, slower person, with a lot of wisdom and tranquillity. Already on the brink between material existence and the non- material such. Exuding calmness, most fitting to a serene place, like a temple or in nature BUT having to function in an environment full of young, competitive, always running around humans, full of anger and passion, where winning over the other plays a bigger role than winning over oneself. It is a difficult environment to dispense wisdom to. And it is a tough crowd to lead.
On a more mundane level Saturn is the authority, the leaders. And the world around us is already full of conflict and war. This confrontation and challenge on one side are a test to governments and leaders, it is possible that there will be a focus on how capable they are. Will their authority hold? Can they show the maturity necessary to deal with the difficult world around? If not – change of governments is possible.
In Sep 1996 the Taliban took control of Kabul for the first time, leading to significant human right abuses, in 2021 the Taliban came back to power – with the cycle completing changes around their seemingly stable rule will be surprising but possible at that time. Alternatively their rule is going to become even more stable and the consequences of that on human rights, especially of young females very restricted. Here we see an example of traditions being wielded in a very Martian way, with force and aggression being the mode by which traditions are applied to society.
Two cycles ago in 1967 was the six day war which began with Israel’s invasion of Egypt as a response to their blocking shipping in the Suez Canal. It is interesting to note that Israel’s conflict with Palestine reached what appeared to be a peak on the lead up to Saturn’s return to Aries, so it will be interesting to see whether this will spark some notable developments in the conflict. Saturn in Aries between 1938-1940 also marked the prelude to the beginning of WWII, a period where the authorities in Germany were applying force in a very harsh and aggressive manner against the Jews. Interestingly, Aries as a sign is also associated with Judaism.
Saturn in Aries might bring difficult happenings around prominent younger public figures: In 1997 Princess Diana died in a car accident. And one cycle earlier in 1968 Martin Luther King Jr and Robert Kennedy were both assassinated. Politicians not quite up to standard can fall from grace as we already mentioned, and the Impeachment of president Bill Clinton in 1998 is a reminder of that. This reminds us that astrology can speak quite directly, in this case with a planet in their sign of fall indicating falls from prominence and power.
Aries is “the country of the youth” – Saturn there might further aggravate the limitations and restrictions younger people have to face – this will probably take more mundane expressions – lack of well-paid employment or less support through the special systems. But also younger people being less numerous and having to bear the weight of a bigger older generation (no hard feelings here, it is just statistics). If there are too many restrictions imposed on the people, especially younger ones there are risks of frustration, strikes or different social demands – often towards personal freedom or rights.
In a previous Saturn in Aries (1967) we can recall the summer of love (hippies) as a peaceful opposition to the vietnam war, but there were occasions where hippies were attacked by the police in parks. At the same time there was the civil rights movement and a lot of student strikes and seizing of buildings and boycotts at different universities, often requiring better rights for minorities. And the stonewall riots in NY City started another important social change in 1969 -the beginning of modern LGBTQ rights movement.
Now Saturn can be about limitations but also about achievements as well, and Aries is connected to sports and movement in general, so there is the possibility of important sport’s achievement coming up with Saturn in Aries. Some past ones: 1997: Tiger Woods becomes the first african/asian person to win a golf tournament.
We, humans, always keep pushing and testing the boundaries. We are exploring not only the material world of the earth but also the planets we can reach. And in 1997 Mars Pathfinder landed on Mars and a cycle earlier in 1969 was the moon landing. And we also keep exploring scientifically: in 1967 the big bang theory was stated. This shows that planets in signs of their debility don’t only bring negative things, they can bring unique expressions that challenge the status quo, force change or provide a perspective that would be difficult to see through a ‘normal’ lens. Let’s see what important cosmic achievements this cycle brings.
Just to end on a more positive note – Google is officially an adult now from an astrological point of view – there are important developments possible there. And in 1998 there was another, well, “fun” discovery of a superhero for the body’s circulation system, saving the day when things are feeling a little sluggish. So other more cheerful discoveries are possible in the “department of enthusiasm” as well.
Aries/1st
For you Saturn is entering your first house and will inevitably conjunct your ASC in the period between 2025-2028 – this is when you are going to feel its strongest influence. When Saturn conjunct your ASC or planets in your 1st house you are going to have to face limitations and responsibilities that help you redefine who you are, it is about personal growth.
You are going to be required to take steps towards maturity – depending on your age it might be about making first steps on your own, a job, study or moving away from home, for older Arians – having to face the restrictions age puts on your body, and on how people’s perception of you changes because of aging.
You might decide to impose limitations on yourself with the scope to achieving a certain image or even a certain body. A well structured strength routine is great if you want to give Saturn a more positive expression. And it is also possible for you to redefine your boundaries, because of new understanding you achieved. However with Saturn there is always the possibility of overwhelm, sadness and losing or having to give up parts of self due to responsibilities and limitations that hit you from the outside.
When Sat conjunct your ASC it is in opposition to your DSC – for many of you this means that a part of the responsibilities you decide to take might be connected to a partnership – a marriage is possible or a long term business partnership as well. However for others it is going to be about finding the strength to let go of a partnership that is dysfunctional, unhealthy or conflict-ridden.
It is of course possible to make the effort towards healing your partnerships, rebuilding trust and reconciling differences as well, but it is somewhat less likely. Saturn’s heaviness can impact any relationship and it is good to have a support network of friends, family or professionals as feelings of isolation and loneliness are a likely experience during that transit.
If you have planets in Cancer and Capricorn, your 4th-10th WS house – it is also going to be about balancing responsibilities between work and home.
There as well it is possible that you decide to make changes in any of those areas – so quitting a job, starting a job, downsizing are some of the possibilities. For some of you it is possible that there are responsibilities around the parents.
Taurus/12th
If Saturn conjuncts a sensitive point in Aries, your 12th house most of the times it indicates a process of loss or grief. What is lost depends highly on the natal planet triggered. The importance of letting go is emphasised – you might be asked to release a relationship, a burden, a possession or even say goodbye to someone; but this is a normal, even if painful process in the course of our lives, so accepting it and drinking the bitter cup with a smile is an alternative to the usual approach in our culture of fighting against more difficult emotions and processes.
For some of you authorities or elders might be a source of difficulty as well. Alternatively it can signal a period where being alone whether by choice or circumstances is indicated – introspection is highly advised in that period.
If Saturn opposes a planet in Libra, your 6th house, the difficult processes we talked about might cause some distress and generally you might have to redirect some of your energy towards conserving or bettering your health. It is possible that you go through melancholic moods and experiences of being unappreciated. It is also the house of employees and pets if you have them, so potentially it might denote problems with one of those areas if it touches a planet in that house.
If Saturn squares a planet in Cancer the losses and difficulties you experience impact how and how much you communicate with others and might limit the possibilities you have to express yourself. You might have to go through delays in different processes and for some the desire to change their environment. Others might decide to process the difficulties they experience through journaling. It can also impact your neighbours, siblings or relatives; bringing them difficulties, obstacles and sorrows, probably in their work life.
If Saturn squares planets in Capricorn – loss or letting go might restrict your possibilities to travel or study for the moment. Some might interrupt or end their studies. Others cancel their travel plans. For others it might change how they relate to the bigger unknown spiritually, through religion or philosophy.
Gemini/11th
Saturn will impose its limitations on your wishes and dreams, when it touches an important natal placement in Aries, your 11th – but this can be a good thing – as it also means you can through effort and perseverance make important steps to achieving some of them in the long run. It forces you to rethink which of them are actually doable and how you can go about it, which is a good thing because it reminds us that time passes and we only have short spans to get the things our heart desires.
Depending on the natal placement touched – it could be about taking responsibility and fulfilling a wish in that area of life – if it is your 4th house ruler – maybe buying a home, if it is the 5th – having a child etc.
It is possible that your earnings are smaller than usual, but this could be due to choice as well, for example if you choose to invest less time in work and more in fulfilling a desire. However this is just a phase. Some of you might feel that certain friendships are becoming cooler and you might even potentially have to let go of some friends, but in the long run this is a reminder that the quality of your connections is more important than the quantity.
If Saturn opposes planets in your 5th house – this brings the question of how your friends or your ideals influence your views on children, creating and the fun side of life. Maybe the reduction of the number of your friends makes you feel that you can’t have fun the way you used to. Or you don’t have the money to party like you used to. Maybe giving it all for achieving a dream means that you have less time to spend with your children.
Elevated responsibilities around children are still possible though. Or maybe you just don’t feel as inspired as usual when you are creating your art or music. This could also be a transit that marks the end of some creative team whether a band or art collective which impacts your creative drives.
If Saturn squares planets in Cancer, your second house – it is again about some financial restrictions and responsibilities coming your way – where they come from – either from making less, as we mentioned or it will depend on your natal chart. For some the responsibilities in a certain area of your life interfere with your finances. More positively it can be about investing money – which ultimately leaves us with less cash. With Saturn affecting your second house it is always about redefining your values as well, what is important to you, where do you want to focus what you have. It is always likely that there are some self-worth struggles for you.
And money it is once again if Saturn squares a planet in Capricorn for you it might be about financial responsibilities around debts, alternatively around your partner having less money or your shared resources being quite limited. For some of you it might be about difficulties around inheritances as well. The area that the squared planet rules might alternatively be a source of anxiety and fear.
Cancer/10th
Cancerians Saturn will be entering your 10th house. This means you’re either dealing with increased responsibilities during this time, or things are slowing down and it is hard to move forward in your career. This could mean letting go of a job or having obstacles put by superiors or figures of authority. The most likely time for something to manifest is when Saturn conjuncts your MC or another planet in the 10th which could be explored in a personalised reading.
Either way, Saturn is bringing you to take the steps towards the next level of maturity in how you approach your professional life and cutting away the dross and superfluous influences in your professional life. It is important to remember that Saturn can bring good, with positive developments and reaping the fruits of your past efforts. In most cases though it doesn’t come easy, requiring constancy, diligence and dedication to make the best out of Saturn’s passage through a very powerful place in your chart.
If you have planets in Libra then this would mean Saturn opposes them while it moves through Aries. Whatever challenges you are dealing with at work are going to have a significant impact on your home and family life. This as a positive manifestation could mean having to relocate for your career but could also mean more time at home if you’ve had to end things at one job, while you wait for the next possibilities for employment.
Probably the most likely situation is the need to rebalance between the pressures and responsibilities at work with the priorities and needs of your home life. Saturn will be asking you to let go of whatever excesses you might have on either end of this spectrum.
At some point Saturn will go on to square your Asc/Dsc axis. This will be a crucial moment of its movement through Aries and will be a moment where you feel Saturn’s influence on a physical level and in your relationships. A palpable weight or darkness could arise that has to be endured. It is important to remember that everyone goes through up to 5-6 of these transits during their lifetime and depending on your chart can also bring some positive events. If your Saturn is well placed then it could promise marriage or taking the next steps of responsibility with business partners.
If it isn’t so well placed you are likely to experience losses in these areas ie. breakdown of a relationship or potential health difficulties. This could also be related to increased pressures and challenges at work which put your physical body under strain. Be aware that you could be feeling quite tired during the time of the transit so it may be worth considering in advance how to make sure you can balance responsibilities towards others while caring for yourself. Feelings of isolation can come up with Saturn so it is good to have some support network established through friends, family or professionals.
Leo/9th
For you Saturn enters the 9th house and if it affects placements there you could see yourself bearing responsibility towards your spiritual development. This could change how you relate to the grander forces around us – for some it could be discovering faith or philosophy, while for others it is the opposite – losing your faith and finding new paradigms that work for you. It is also a good time to study subjects like astrology.
It could also affect your ability to travel – you might be restricted in your travel ability due to different reasons – be it finance, responsibilities or family. You might experience different challenges on your journeys, hitting frustrations and delays. For the ones in higher education – there might be difficulties around your studies. Some might interrupt them, others will have to work very hard towards completing them. And some will even start them at that time. Remember to dedicate yourself to your studies with effort and perseverance and success will be achieved. Some of you might be called towards teaching others at that time and bearing the responsibilities of that.
If Saturn opposes planets in Libra, your 3rd house, your spiritual development, your studies or even a teacher will change the way you relate to your immediate environment. How we view the world is highly related to the different kind of knowledge and experience we posses and this has a sort of a ripple effect on our whole lives, how we communicate with others, what we say out loud and what we filter, who do we feel we can trust with our more difficult thought processes are all themes likely to come up.
Changes in our environment start with changes in our understanding and beliefs as well. It can also impact your neighbours, siblings or relatives; bringing them difficulties, obstacles and sorrows, probably in their relationships.
If Saturn squares planets in Cancer and Capricorn – your 6th and 12th house this can bring more difficult experiences. Generally with either of those triggered you might have to redirect some of your energy towards conserving or bettering your health. It is possible that you go through melancholic moods and experiences of being unappreciated, possibly due to experiences of higher realms and conversations with teachers. The 6th is also the house of employees and pets if you have them, so potentially it might denote problems with one of those areas if it touches a planet in Capricorn.
If Saturn squares a placement in Cancer you might be asked to let go of a burden, a possession or a person – to stay true to your beliefs. For some, losing your spiritual footing will cause a process of loss and grief. For some of you spiritual teachers or elders might be a source of difficulty as well. This can signal a period where being alone whether by choice or circumstances is indicated with the scope of ironing out your deepest thoughts and beliefs and whatever form of faith you have chosen and make them work together.
Virgo/8th
Saturn is entering your 8th house – this means that you might have responsibilities towards paying debts or even deciding to make a debt with the scope of building something. For others it will be about the partner’s resources – which might be quite limited in that period, which means that your shared resources will be limited as well. For some of you it might be about difficulties around inheritances as well. It could be about having to go through some fears and anxieties, mostly related to what the planet Saturn touches represents in your chart. It could potentially also indicate a period of low moods.
If Saturn opposes planets in Libra, your second house – it is about how the partner’s lack of resources negatively impacts your own resources and shows that you will have to deal with financial restrictions and responsibilities coming your way. With Saturn affecting your second house it is always about redefining your values as well, what is important to you, where do you want to focus what you have. It is always likely that there are some self-worth struggles for you. Especially such triggered by the fear and anxieties we talked about, potentially also about my worth vs. my partner’s worth – am I worthy enough for them?
If Saturn squares planets in Capricorn, again other expressions are possible depending on what that planet rules, but it could be about the lack of shared resources or your general state of anxiety are denying you the fun, romantic experiences you would like to have at the moment. It could be that the limits of resources or your anxieties affect negatively your ability to create. This house also rules children so you could face dealing with certain restrictions financially which impact your relationships with children.
If Saturn squares planets in Cancer issues with partner’s money, debts or shared resources set a limit on what you wish to achieve – potentially forcing you to redefine your wishes and focus on the ones most important to you. And as always with Saturn it asks you what will you do to achieve what you wish for? It is also possible that this somehow limits your friendships, be it because of you having to deal with difficult situations or other processes around money and partnership.
Libra/7th
For you Libra Saturn will be entering your 7th house of partnerships. This is going to be most strongly felt when Saturn conjuncts your Descendant and other planets in the 7th house. This indicates pivotal moments in relationships where you either take the step toward more responsibility or dedication through marriage, or the relationship dissolves. This can be make or break moments for partnerships at work or mean dealing with difficult clients if you work with people on a one-to-one basis.
You could feel a sense of exclusion or isolation as Saturn opposes your Ascendant, feeling like it is hard to develop relationships and connections with others. It is a good idea to make sure you have some people you can rely on to be there to support you if Saturn deals you a heavy hand. Remember though that this planetary force encourages us to be self-sufficient and austere, with many lessons on how to become more mature and wise. This can be a transformative time for you, particularly regarding how you deal with relationships.
Other manifestations of the Asc-Des could be related to health and vitality so when Saturn is opposing your Ascendant don’t expect to be at your best in terms of motivation and vigour. This could also signify a new person entering your life who is older, or seen as a maturing or restricting influence in your life. Be aware this person may come across as domineering but recognise the lessons that this person can bring you without letting it overwhelm you either.
If Saturn squares any of your planets in Cancer then you will see these difficulties and potential benefits we mentioned earlier can be impacting your career. Even in the best case scenarios it won’t be easy though. New mature people in your life, existing relationships being tested, all have the capacity to impact your career. If you have a well placed Saturn natally then you can expect that with plenty of hard work, dedication and resolve, those relationships can benefit your career. Just don’t expect it to be a walk in the park.
If it is squaring any planets in Capricorn then the relationships you are dealing with, going through a process of pressure and trial, will more likely be in the home. This could mean parents, or whoever shares your living space. Know that any coldness or sense of distance experienced during transiting aspects from Saturn are temporary and sometimes we just have to grin and bear it. It could be indicating more responsibilities around the home, or some partnership which becomes more serious or committed, comes to the point where you share a home or buy a home together. As with any Saturn transit, we may be asked to face our fears around the topics that the planet is stimulating.
Scorpio/6th
Scorpio you have Saturn entering your 6th house. This is a time to develop more maturity, awareness, patience and acceptance of some limitations when dealing with health issues, employees or pets. If it aspects a planet here, things at work might become more difficult, and it may limit job searches if you are unemployed. Fortunately these restrictions can be the very things which guide us to what we need to be doing.
Those who are self-employed; it could be a time where you decide to take on the responsibility of hiring others, just know that it could be somewhat challenging, with obstacles and delays in finding the right person for the role. Saturn can bring health issues but know that if they do come, it is asking us to become more responsible of how we manage our health; good diets, habits and work-rest balance. Don’t let the stress get the better of you!
If it opposes any of your planets in the 12th house you can expect that whatever of these issues come up, you will be dealing with potential losses, or a sense of exclusion and isolation. The 12th is also a spiritual house where these experiences can be transformative and lead us to a more profound and unshakeable sense of who we are. It will depend a lot on the planet you have there and what it is ruling in your natal chart so it would be best to get a personalised reading to know more.
If Saturn goes on to square any planets you have in Capricorn then it will affect your 3rd house. This could mean a period where communication is somewhat stifled, or your mental faculties are slowed down. This would mark a time where relationships to siblings, neighbours or relatives becomes more difficult or stressful, with the possibility of distance developing in these relationships, or a need to take a more stoic or responsible approach to how you deal with them.
If you have planets in Cancer this means that when Saturn aspects them it will be affecting your 9th house. The need to focus on your work and deal with any issues around health will be creating difficulties when it comes to travel and pursuing higher learning. There could be a sense of your faith being challenged or your perspective on life changing as a result of the experiences you undergo around work or health.
Sagittarius/5th
Saturn in your 5th house can bring responsibilities towards your children – welcoming a new child, or supporting a child in more difficult moments of their life are possible. For some it might be somewhat difficult to conceive at that time. Sag, you don’t like your fun times reduced but there is a high possibility that there is less possibility for amusement and less romance than usual during that period, even your sport pursuits might be somewhat restricted.
It might feel difficult to create at the moment, connected to frustration, delays and limitations from self and the outer world. Remember long term this is going to help you to rethink your creative processes and help you build things long lasting in that area. For some of you this might express more positively as summoning all their capabilities and putting them in a bigger work.
If Saturn opposes planets in Libra, your 11th house, the responsibilities towards your offspring will have a limiting effect on your wishes and dreams, which you at this time will have less possibility to go after. You will also have less time and strength for your friends, which might lead to some friendships turning colder or even leaving your life, but take that as a test of true friendship – what is meant to be will stay. Your income might also be somewhat restricted, due to the responsibilities mentioned or a block in your creative process.
If Saturn squares planets in Cancer, your 8th house – the most likely scenario is that responsibilities around children restrict your partner’s income and also your shared resources. However for others their creative struggles and difficulties, the feeling “I want to but can’t create right now” might be a source of anxiety or fear and some low moods but it is also a process that allows you to look at your fears and take them out into the light, so they can resolve.
If Saturn squares planets in Capricorn, your 2nd house – the needs of your children and responsibilities around them will have an effect on your finances, which means there can be in general less money. There is also a potential of having to redefine what you value most in life triggered by experiences around children or creative pursuits. And if you have a creative block this might lead to self doubts and lack of self-worth, again take this as part of your growth, if your natal chart doesn’t say differently it is just a passing phase.
Capricorn/4th
Saturn entering your 4th or conjunction a natal placement there will bring responsibilities around the home, potentially also challenges and delays in things. This will be stronger if you actually have your midheaven in LIbra. This can be positive – like acquiring a home and having to deal with the responsibilities around that and the payments.
It might be more difficult/ delays around building your home might it requires more effort, time than you planned for. It could be about having responsibilities around aging parents. For some it could be more responsibilities at their own home due to different reasons – potentially as simple as more than usual chores. It is also possible that you have to undergo deeper soul processes connected to your roots or early experiences.
If Saturn opposes a planet in Libra – the responsibilities we talked about might interfere with your career or work life, limit the time and effort you can invest into your advancement. For some it is possible that they decide to interrupt their career or look for new opportunities. Of course it is also going to influence the area of life the planet is responsible for as well.
At a point in Saturn going through Aries it is going to square your ASC/DSC axis. This is the year you are probably most strongly going to feel this transit. The responsibilities and difficulties in your home will weigh you down. You might feel personally restricted – having less time for yourself, or even potential health difficulties, or your body feeling stiff and limiting the adventures you want to undertake in life.
Be aware that you could be feeling quite tired during the time of the transit so it may be worth considering in advance how to make sure you can balance responsibilities towards others while caring for yourself. Feelings of isolation can come up with Saturn, a sense of being lonely when amongst others is quite probable, remember it will pass.
The challenges in your home will put a strain on your relationship and function as a kind of test on how strong it is – depending on how the test goes you might be required to put some important effort into your relationship, some relationships are not going to survive the pressure. Others might become more united in the process and take steps towards bigger commitment to one another.
Aquarius/3rd
Saturn in the 3rd will probably be only felt if making a contact to an important placement there – in this case it might manifest as restrictions to your possibility to communicate your thoughts, needs, desires to your environment. There can also be difficulties with your siblings and neighbours. Or they are the ones who have to go through a difficult time during this transit. For many of you the contact to the planet transited will be however primary and more important.
If Saturn opposes a planet in Libra – it is possible that issues with your environment, your neighbourhood, siblings or relatives are restricting your possibilities to follow through with your studies. In general, don’t be too surprised if these plans are delayed or disrupted; you may just have to put a lot more effort to make it happen. For some, a restrictive environment, a sibling or even just difficulties with transportation will interfere with their travel plans. For others they will feel restricted in their desire to learn more about a religious, philosophical, spiritual path, even astrology.
If Saturn squares planets in Cancer, your 6th house, your environment, your siblings or your neighbours might cause some distress and generally you might have to redirect some of your energy towards conserving or bettering your health. It is possible that you go through melancholic moods and experiences of being unappreciated related to your siblings. It is also the house of employees and pets if you have them, so potentially it might denote problems with one of those areas if it touches a planet in that house.
If Saturn squares a placement in Cancer you might be asked to let go of a burden, a possession or a person. For some, having to deal with your environment, neighbours, siblings, or generally just unpleasant moments in communication will cause a process of grief with the scope to emerge stronger. This can signal a period where being alone whether by choice or circumstances is indicated probably due to finding certain dealings with others too painful.
Pisces/2nd
Saturn entering your 2nd usually speaks about a period of financial limitations and difficulties. You might lose money, or you might need to spend towards important responsibilities. There might be financial sacrifices you need to make at that time. Be savvy and attentive with your money, save if you can and be smart about how you spend. Otherwise you will have to deal with periods of low self-esteem, likely around the topics of the houses that the planet in your 2nd is ruling. And you will have to take a good look at your values and where your priorities in life lie.
If Saturn is opposing a planet in your 8th house – the state of your finances will impact your ability to pay your debts, our shared resources and also the resources of your partner if you have one. For some of you this might be connected to anxiety and fear about money. It might be difficult to find a balance of values with your partner. Issues of being worthy or being enough might also be on the surface.
If Saturn is squaring a planet in Capricorn, your 11th house – lack of resources or self-confidence might impede you on the way to achieving what you wish for and desire at that time, you might not see an open path to get where you want to go. Lack of resources might restrict your friendships, they will be tested and it is possible that you lose some of your friends, however those you need for your growth will stay. Lack of resources might push you to look for different ways of income as well.
If Saturn squares a planet in Cancer, your 5th house – your lack of resources will be limiting to your children and/or creative pursuits as well. Life will be less fun, with you being restricted in the pursuits of your hobbies, sports or romantic endeavors. It is also possible that you have more responsibilities towards your children at that time. Remember everything that Saturn does is to make things more sturdy in the long run. It only limits and breaks things that you need to liberate yourself from in your life.
