You can cancel your reading and request a refund within 14 calendar days after we have received your payment. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you can only reschedule your reading.
Please reschedule readings at least 48 hours before your reading is due, as we usually prepare 48 hours to 7 days beforehand. No-call-no- show readings are not refunded or rescheduled.
If you are running late for your reading no worries. We will be waiting for you, however it will cut into our scheduled time together, as we have multiple clients in one day.
Gift cards are non-returnable items.
